Turkish coffee, also known as "Türk kahvesi" in Turkish, is a traditional method of preparing and serving coffee that has been cherished for centuries. It holds a special place in the coffee industry as one of the oldest methods of coffee preparation that is still widely enjoyed today.

What makes Turkish coffee unique is the fine grind of the coffee beans and the unique brewing method. The coffee is ground to a very fine powder and then boiled in a special pot called a "cezve." The result is a rich and strong coffee with a thick foam on top, known as "kaymak."

Traditionally, Turkish coffee is served in small cups called "fincan" accompanied by a glass of water. It is enjoyed slowly, sipped and savored. It is often served with a piece of Turkish delight or a small sweet treat.
